APPSC or Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission provides candidates with online facility to register and login for their application. Any notification for job or examination issued by the APPSC can be checked on the official website psc.ap.gov.in and then through the login portal of APPSC login at portal-psc.ap.gov.in, you can apply for the respective examination. Here is how to do that.

How to login into the APPSC OTPR Login Portal?
If you have applied and have your OTPR ID, then you can use following steps to login into the APPSC Login page-
- Go to https://portal-psc.ap.gov.in/LoginForm
- Then, enter your registered OTPR ID.
Once you have entered the OTPR ID, go to next step.
- Enter the password and Captcha code in the next two boxes. Please note that if your code is not visible, you can use the refresh button as shown in the image above.
- Submit the form and login into the Andhra Pradesh PSC Portal.

How to get OTPR ID in APPSC portal for login?
Since APPSC OTPR ID is much needed for login, candidates can complete the One Time Profile Registration process through the steps that we are mentioning below.
- Go to the link – APPSC – OTPR
- There, you have to click on the registration option as shown in the image below.
- Then, you will see these options as shown below in the picture – Direct Recruitment, Departmental Test – and you will see New Registration link beside the options.
Choose the required option but you will have to click on the Direct Recruitment option most probably.
- Now, open the ‘OTPR – New Registration (Direct Recruitment)’ form.
To fill the form for New OTPR registration which is required for APPSC login, use following steps. The OTPR (One Time Profile Registration) for the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) involves filling all these details as asked in the form.
Basic Details:
- Enter your name and date of birth as per the SSC/Birth Certificate.
- Select your gender.
- Provide your birth place details including district, mandal, and village.
- Enter details like community, father’s and mother’s names, mother tongue, religion, and identification marks.
- Provide contact details such as email ID and mobile number.
Other Details:
- Indicate if you are differently abled, an ex-service person, a retrenched temporary employee in the State Census Department, or have worked as an instructor in NCC.
- Specify employment status and provide employment details if applicable.
Address Details:
- Provide your correspondence and permanent address details, including flat/house number, locality, town/city, state, and pincode.
- Indicate if your permanent address is the same as your correspondence address.
Schooling Details:
- Select the type of study (Regular, Private, Open Schooling, or Migration to Andhra Pradesh from Telangana).
- Enter details of your schooling from 4th to 10th class, including district, year of passing, and school name.
Higher Education Details:
- Enter details of your 10+2, diploma, graduation, post-graduation, M.Phil, and Ph.D. education, including district, board/university, group/branch/subject, hall ticket number, month & year of passing, college name, percentage of marks/grade, and specialization.
Additional Qualification Details:
- Provide any additional qualification details if applicable.
Photo & Signature Upload:
- Upload a scanned photograph and signature as per the specified size and dimension requirements.
Notification Alerts:
- Choose whether you want to receive notification alerts.
Declaration:
- Accept the declaration confirming the correctness and completeness of the provided information.
Finally, save your OTPR Reference ID for future use.

Once you have filled the form and uploaded the documents, submit it for new OTPR registration. You can then use that OTPR ID for APPSC login at psc.ap.gov.in.
